Event Policy

Daytime parties will not be private events unless you book the entire spa (6 people required for a minimum of 2 hours of services). Where possible, we will seat and set-up your event so that all members of your party will be together if you don't happen to book the spa exclusively for your event. We kindly request that your group arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time.


Please note that our staff needs to stay on schedule for your benefit as well as for the benefit of our other clients. We would be more than happy to order any cakes, balloons or flowers on your behalf for your party, which will be added to your final bill.


To ensure that all guests can enjoy the tranquil environment at Avantika, we respectfully ask that all clients keep the noise level down to a minimum (unless you've reserved the entire spa for your event).


Cellular phones and electronic devices are discouraged and must be on silent within the spa premises. Smoking within the spa is strictly prohibited.


Cancellation Policy

We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you've booked a treatment and need to cancel, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. The Group and Party cancellation policy requires that you notify us 72 hours in advance of your booking.


if you happen to arrive late for your event, this will simply limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed and will be able to receive the full value of their treatment will be applied.

Late & No Show Policy


If you or any of your guests arrive more than 15 minutes late (or don't show up at all), we may give your appointment to a walk-in unless you've booked a private party. The fee for these treatments will be charged to the credit card used to book the reservation.
